How to Request a Refund

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, you must report the issue within 48 hours with clear photo evidence. If no report is made within this timeframe, the item is considered delivered in good condition.
Non-Refundable Items
Refunds are not available for:
- Used or unboxed items
- Items that show signs of wear, stains, odors, or damage caused by the customer
- Sale or promotional items
Refund Eligibility
A refund will be granted only if:
- The item is unused, in its original condition, and with all packaging intact
- The refund request is made within 48 hours of delivery
- The item meets our quality inspection standards upon receipt
Refund Processing
Once approved, refunds will be issued within 10 business days to the original payment method. If you have not received it after 15 business days, please contact us.
Shipping & Processing Fees
- Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with refunds.
- A 20% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
