How to Request a Return
To request a return under the Risk-Free Trial, contact us at heimio.official@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order. For damage or defect-related returns, please reach out within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photo evidence.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your item upon delivery. If your PopSofa arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, notify us within 48 hours. Be sure to provide clear photos. If no report is made within this window, the product will be considered delivered in good condition.
Non-Refundable Items
Refunds are not available for:
- Returns requested after 30 days of delivery
- Products that show signs of abuse or intentional damage
- Sale or promotional items
- PopSofas purchased from unauthorized resellers
Refund Eligibility
Refunds will be granted under the following conditions:
- The return request is made within 30 days of delivery
- The product is returned in reasonable condition (signs of use are acceptable under the trial)
- The return is shipped back to us at the customer’s expense
- The product passes a basic quality inspection (no damage caused by misuse)
Shipping & Processing Fees
- Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival
- Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be issued within 10 business days to the original payment method. If you haven’t received it after 15 business days, please contact us.
Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled or modified once processed. Please review your order carefully before checkout.
